Mindfulness

An 8-week virtual session to learn 6 different techniques from the Unified Mindfulness system. Each technique has its unique benefit and context of practice and develops your skills of Concentration, Clarity and Equanimity. The ask is daily practise for 10 minutes.

You learn:
Formal practice - Dedicated 10 minutes in a day Informal practice - Practising while doing daily activity like shopping or cooking! This practice helps you achieve higher emotional regulation and find peace and happiness, even in the middle of the most stressful situations

You will participate in a 1-hour virtual session each week where you will learn and practise a new technique from the Unified Mindfulness system. Every week, you discuss with the trainer your experiences, challenges hear reports of other participants and get yourself clarified. You will need reliable connectivity and a quiet place where you can practise without interruptions. You will receive handouts and work to do at home at every session.

If you miss a session, the recording of the session will be available for one week. Support material in the form of audio recordings, articles and links to the core training are also available in our ‘Resources’ section.

Healing sessions are very strongly recommended to clear negativity and lay a strong foundation for Mindfulness practices to be built upon. Healing and Mindfulness practice are a wonderful combination for anyone going through a period of physical or emotional stress.
1-on-1 mindfulness coaching
Combined with Somatics, Ontology, NLP and Marshal Rosenburg’s Nonviolent Communication , The coaching sessions allow your coach to do focused, intensive work with you through advanced techniques to help you on your way to health, happiness and peace. Our coaches combine Mindfulness with researched methodologies to create a holistic experience for you.

You will participate in a 45 to 90-minute virtual session each week where you will be supported to get different perspectives to any situation you are dealing with. You will learn advanced Mindfulness techniques and take away a daily practise to support your journey. You will need reliable connectivity and a quiet place where you can practise without interruptions.
