Harvard’s Grant and Glueck study has solidified that the relationships in our lives play a key role in enabling us to build a happy, successful and healthy life. With Relationship Therapy, we aim to guide you towards fulfilment through meaningful relationships in your lives. Relationship Therapy is a combination of Healing, Mindfulness and 1-on-1 Coaching.

At WeSutra, we aim to transform your experience of the relationships, with self as well as others around you. Over the course, you will find yourself better equipped to re-build relationships. Especially, those that are a cause of distress or unhappiness.

We aim to help you change your relationship with yourself and shift patterns you may have been unable to change. Moreover, it enables you to move away powerfully from disappointments, loss or toxic relationships.

What to expect?

Do you feel as if you are stuck in a pattern? Do you find yourself back at square one in your work and personal relationships?

A strained relationship with self or others could manifest in low self-esteem. More importantly, it could also cause low confidence or inability to live to your full potential at work and home.

Relationship Therapy prepares the path for constructive conversations by reducing negativity. Our healers will send healing not just to you. They will extend it out to friends, family or colleagues who are a part of the situation you are trying to address.

It works in conjunction with intensive virtual sessions of Mindfulness practices and 1-on-1 coaching. Additionally, you are provided with handouts and assignments that help establish your Mindfulness practice.
